Armatus PSA Club

PSA or 'Protection Sports Association' is an American dog sport that has expanded overseas. It requires owners to compete in obedience routines and protection based scenarios. To begin with handlers and canines are required to pass their entry level PDC certificate. Most trails are held over weekends a number of times over the year. This sport requires great commitment from both handler and canine to progress.

The Armatus PSA club meets on Sundays and is a relaxed and welcoming club. The members support each other in training to progress to their next level. There is no experience level required to train, just an open mind and willingness to learn.

Waltham Sports Dog Club

The Waltham Sports Dog Club is the newest midlands BAGSD IGP club. IGP or Schutzhund as previously known was a sport born from testing German Shepherds in Germany. The sport consists of tracking, protection and obedience elements and is now open to all breeds. Before handlers and canines compete, they must pass their BH which is a temperament test.

The Waltham Sports Dog Club meets on Saturdays and has numerus members and licensed helpers. Like PSA the club has a relaxed training environment and is open to all levels of experience.
